5-BAND PRO SYSTEM: Most versatile system. First 3 levels for use as described above. Levels 4 and 5 for less dynamic movement (squats, lunges, plyometrics, etc.). Athletes and serious fitness consumers looking to add maximum functional intensity to their workouts.
COMPLETE SYSTEM: Both the 3 and 5-level systems can be combined with the WearBands™ Upper-body system to create a complete, full-body dynamic resistance system.
