The WearBands system comes in 3 and 5 band options, depending on your preference, fitness level and anticipated uses.
3-BAND BASE SYSTEM: First 3 levels of resistance, best for dynamic movement, youth athletes, group classes and extended use (30+ minutes) and casual exercisers.
5-BAND PRO SYSTEM: Most versatile system. First 3 levels for use as described above. Levels 4 and 5 for less dynamic movement (squats, lunges, plyometrics, etc.). Athletes and serious fitness consumers looking to add maximum functional intensity to their workouts.
