The WearBands Full-body Base System come with the first 3 lower-body resistance levels and an extra 2 upper-body resistance levels. The first 3 levels of lower body resistance levels are plenty for many people, including youth athletes under 16-years old. The last 2 lower-body resistance levels, which come with the 5-level Pro System, are quite heavy, best for strength and plyometrics workouts by older and very fit people!
